An editable file was provided for the client to be able to easily edit it for future updates. The final business plan consisting of 40 pages was delivered. It contained all relevant sections that a business plan must have, and outlined stratgeies for the franchisees to achieve their business goals, operational framework, as well as a strong business marketing plan. It also presented well researched solutions to overcome competitive strains and attract its target audience.
